What we collect
Your account email and password hash, the projects, tasks, comments, and files you create, agent session data reported over MCP, and basic logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide Loopboard: showing your board, delivering reminders and push notifications, and keeping the service reliable and secure. We don't sell your data.
Where it lives
Data is stored in our managed database and object storage. Passwords are hashed; API keys are stored only as hashes.
Notifications
If you enable push notifications, your browser subscription is stored so we can send reminders. You can turn this off from Settings at any time.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your projects, tasks, and attachments.
